TEETH!!!

Oh my gosh...I am sooo excited!  Addison has TWO teeth!  Her first tooth popped through yesterday and then this morning I was feeling around...much to her dismay...and her other bottom tooth was there, too!  For those of you that don't remember, Kendall didn't get her first tooth until she was 13 months.  Addi will actually have teeth to eat her birthday cake with.  I am so excited!

Spring Fun

It has been really warm around here lately and we have been taking full advantage of the beautiful weather by playing outside... A LOT.  Addi is be enough to play at the water table with her sister and she loves it.  She is getting so big.  I know that I say that all the time, but it is crazy how fast time flies.

Addison's First Easter

Addison is Nine Months Old

I can't believe that Addi is nine months. We are going to be celebrating her first birthday before ya know it! I was waiting to go to her 9 month check up to post, so I would have all of her wonderful stats. This is what Addi is like at 9 months!

*She weighs 9 lbs 8 oz and is 26.75 inches long
*She gets around really fast using her army crawl, which she prefers over crawling.
*She is EXTREMELY weary of strangers...which can be quite embarrassing. If a stranger makes eye contact for too long, she just starts to bawl. It happened to us again at Sam's club today, and the cashier said, "Oh yeah. I remember her." Hahaha
*This also means that she rarely lets anyone else hold her besides me and her dad.
*She sleeps through the night...75% of the time.
*She eats oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and whole grains and veggies for dinner. She still usually only drinks three 6 oz bottles a day.
*She loves fresh fruit...her favorites are plums, cantaloupe, apples, and bananas.
*She LOVES her Daddy. Seriously, she just lights up whenever he comes in the room. It makes me a little nervous because I didn't think anyone could be more of a daddy's girl than Kendall.
*She wears all different sizes of clothes...some 9 months fit her, some 12months, and some 18 months. You just never know!
*She does awesome on our daily jogs through the park. She usually sleeps for at least half of it and then just enjoys the scenery for the duration.
*She loves playing with her sister, and her sister is a punk 90% and doesn't want to share with her...we are working on it!
*She loves to nuzzle with her pink and brown blanket. Kendall was never really attached to anything, so I think this is adorable.
*She still loves her swing and naps in it daily. She can sit up in when she wants to get out, so I don't know how much longer we will be able to use it. Kendall tries to push her back down while saying, :No, Addi." It's pretty funny. She naps for like an hour and a half in that thing, so I am scared to get rid of it!
*She definitely likes attention and would prefer to be held all the time, which she can't be, so this a constant battle. She cries, but not for too long. Kendall sits there and covers her ears automatically every time Addi starts to cry. K can be pretty dramatic, but Addi can really scream when she wants to.
*I like to say that, "Addi knows that she is our last kid, so she is just milking it." haha
*She got her first cold this past week. She didn't ever really act sick, but I had to use the aspirator on her about 4 times a day. She was a trooper.
*She is a tough cookie that bumps her head on the coffee table about 5 times a day and rarely cries about it.
*She is definitely strong willed.
*We love her sooooo much and cannot wait to see what this next months holds for her.

Enjoying Wonderful Weather

We have been having some beautiful weather lately, and we have been taking advantage of it by playing outside a lot. Look at that smile and she is sure does love her daddy.

Addi's First Trip to Joe Jost's

We all went to Joe Jost's on Sunday to celebrate Kris' cousin's 40th birthday. Addi couldn't keep her hands off of everybody's beer! She is awesome.
